what type of memory can be used in a 9210?

I'm confused... the statement on the nokia website says that the Memory Card slot is MultiMedia Standard...? does this mean I can use a MultiMedia Card easily available in the market? The card looks quite thinnner from the nokia cards? Will my 9210 support the 128 MM card?

i know www.expansys.com sell 128mb ones that work in the 9210. they are the unofficial ones so they are a lot cheaper

actually my MMC is not new but I just formatted it but my communicator can't find my MMC card how can I see use my MMC again?

ys the the n9210 can handle the 128mmc ... i have one and i think smog also uses one ... but sad to say the n9210 cannot use the sdc sniff ive been yearning for that 256 or 512 sdc ... hehehe

ei jayvee a few pinoys are over at the some au files thread ... y dont cha join up ... heheh ... and with your problem i think pardon my tagalog ... "baka maluwag lang yung bakal sa likod ... pahigpitan mo lang sa Memo express or nokia care ... " may be the compartment is loose ... get it checked ... or replaced ... :p

@ zod: U must laught at me, im using a 32mb mmc card. :)
But im using only those things what i REALLY need: like sheed, filemanager, application manager, some games (not much), genimap/tomtom map, dictionarys, (wave ringtones: my weakpoint is music :cool: ) ,encryting/decrypting softs to make safe my documents, and some video files when im bored spend some time! :)

But i bought my 32 mb mmc card (original siemens for Sl45i) for 1500Ft ~ 6 Us Dollar ;)

hehehe ... sorry for mis-spelling it in the first place .... i used to have a 64 mb card ... costs around $36 ... but just bought a 128mmc for $56 ... thats why i find hard ... shelfing the extra dough for legit serials ... but ... i'll buy them as soon i gather enough cash ... heheh

well i have everything i need plus more on my fone ... but what i'm missing is the 16mb on board ... 16mb app and 8 mb software memory from 9210i :( ... hehhehe ...

i like pictures and music .. hence all the space ... half of it is occupied by these things ... :p

I dont care "on board" memory only need more SDRAM! I really disapointed when its ok 8mb sdram is in 9210/9210i but after reboot there is only MAX 3,4 mb free. Why dont nokia made this phone to have "really" 8 mb free sdram (so place ~13mb sdram into the device)

well you only have 4mb user memory .. that sucks .. b ut it was designed for 8mb user memory and 4mb to run the software ... but they had to hurry up in putting the phone in the market ... hence the cut back n memory ... its supposed to be around as good as the 9210i ... hehehe ... thats why they have to come out it in the first place .. because of the rush ... :p
