I downloaded service manuals from
http://www.gsm-free.com, try there.
Schematics are included with these manuals.

Hello!

Seems that the files have been removed from gsm-free...

service-manuals takes about 40MB total, and I'm modem user at this moment /n/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif

But, I'll try to post service-manuals to board from work next week, so don't worry /n/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
