View Full Version : 3310 > 3315 Mcu+ppm Files Needed

Hi :)

I have a nokia 3310 Software version 4.45 and i want to convert it to the nokia 3315

I know how to do it, i just need the 5.47 MCU+PPM flash

can somebody help me out please?

am i correct in thinking that you flash the file to the phone to upgrade the software and by using the option to convert in knok actuall modifys the flash or do you have to upgrade the phone then flash it with the 3315 software?

hey dude,

once you have software version 5.47 or later (latest being 5.79) it has inbuilt 3315 features you can tell this by the MCU start address being later on ;) and all that makes it a 3315 is the profile bit number 30 being changed from 0 to 1

this can be done via mbus cable

So get a flasher cable upgrade software then use a variety of proggies to upgrade to 3315 :)

I flashed v5.79 + lang pack O to the phone and now it wont swich on what have i done wrong and how can i fix it?

Well youve probably flashed at wrong address or used wintesla flashes :)

No sweat just get a 100% working mcu+ppm and flash away, always fixable dont worry, 200,000 start address and 3D0,000 start of eeprom.

What have u flashed already just mcu+ppm yeah?

I am getting contact service on creen

I have run the tests in eeprom tools and MCU ROM Checksum =Failed

I dunno what it means or what to do about it :(

u actually tried just downloading the 3310 lang pack c mcu +ppm 5.57 from the left link above? :) and get eprom virgin from other link and flash the mcu bit at 200,000 and the eprom at 3d0,000

would attach it all but forum doesnt accept .rar and sod winzip...

I have got it all sorted, I found a 3315 file on a spanish website, Flashed it Updated FAID and opened all locks it works perfectly :)
