Making Software?

Hi i am wanting to have a little mess about making some little software apps or even games for my nokia 7650 can anyone plz tell me what software is used and where i can get it?

I know i shouldnt mess around with them but i jus wanna have fun learing..

is the link to get nokia Symbyan OS, you've to log in first and then you'll be able to download it for free or even ask for a free CD to be sent to your home address.
