Problems with 8310 flashing.Newbie here....

Hai all~

I'm a newbie in DCT4 flashing and i've juz got the tools.Now i wanted to flash a 8310 with the latest firmware with chinese languanges.

I've downloaded the the latest MCU&PPMs(Ver6.01) from freegsm but it's in Phoenix files.
I"m currently using DCT4 Flasher Pro V3.0.
Can someone plz tell me what files do i need n where i can get it?

I'm really confusing now....dunno much more bout DCT4...Hope there are someone can help me out.:)

Hi, ryan chong.

DCT-4 is using Phoenix file not wintelsa like DCT-3.

so no problem here:D , hei i want to try it to, but don't have time to try, i already buy Cheap DCT-4 dongle from my friend.

i also don't have DCT-4 fone, but my dad have it 8310, i'm afraid i kill his fone:p .

but i want to buy 3530 & 5100 for my self., can i flash it using Cheap DCT-4 dongle without kill the Java in 3530 & 5100 ???

did some one try it ???

Hmm...so,what i need to do know?I'm using DCT4 Flasher Pro....what can i do with the phoenix files?
Sorry coz i'm too dumb on this,but i'm urgent.

i want to play with DCT4 phone too,but i dont have DCT4 phone and can't afford to buy a DCT4 flasher,cos i not doing any hp service business.
i can't just buy a RM1xxx cable and put it a side.hehe.:p :( :( :(

Hey ryan_chong after u download the thing then u just extract it out and see nhm....0(mcu) and the other file is .....a (ppm) just open it with dct4 flasher pro!!!

I've play around with the DCT4 tools and finally sucessfull flashed a DCT4 phones...
