Altenativ OS Development

I'm planning to develop an alternativ OS for the Nokia 6210 (an others maybee)
so i would be hapy to get all information you Guys have about that kind of device

if anyone could help, please do so ... of cource i will publish all successes in this yourney to you all

what i first need is:

What is the CPU used ?
Are there Documentation about IO-Ports and Stuff
Specs of the CPU (or aviable Dev-Tools like (Dis)Assemplers or even Compilers)
Where can I get all information about the "Flashing-Process" and the structure of the Nokia Software. (Checksums etc.)

Hi, in future a want to develop an other OS for the 3210 cause the old UI is so ugly and the functions and games are boring.
