Help!!!!! DCT3 Cables and Software

I bought a set of cable Called
Dejan Box Unlocking Kit..

I wanted to know what software i can use with it, to flash DCT3 phones, and do functions like fix FAID and Language Packs, security code, Repair "Contact Service". Can these cables deal with all the above and what software do i need to do it all.
