A50 Dongle making

I have seen the tool by jordik on www.drucrew.tk and was wondering what the thing at the bottom is, it look like a parralel port connector, its this think where it says 3 connect with 10 and so on.

I used to own www.phoneleds.co.uk so I have a good soldering standard.

Can anyone point me in the direction of any better diagrams/instructions?
