N9210i doesn't need GPRS to access internet or wap, but are you doing any experiment that needs external GPRS? (I've never heard about external GPRS).

Pls, let us know the results...

You can use ANY GPRS Enabled phone as a GPRS modem for your 9210(i)
Get eInternet, you can buy it from http://www.allaboutsymbian.com
and you will be able to connect to internet using GPRS via IrDA.

Yes, you can use other GPRS enable phone as a modem for an experimental reason. If you only have N9210i and don't want to use its internal modem, you have to buy or borrow another one. Moreover, you should bring two devices (N9210i and modem phone) to anywhere and it makes uncomfortable.
