8210 to 8250 upgrade?

I've been trying to upgrade my 8210 v 5.28 tp 8250 but with no success as yet.

Can anyone tell me how to do this and where to find the tools I might need?

Also which version of 8250 software can I upgrade to????

@Mike: I was succesfully. You need reset it to factory's default. Use b-phreaks or rolis or Nkprofile or nokiatool034. About restarting problem, you need to update FAID.
