3310 sim card not accepted

hi

i have reflashed my 3310 using a full flash from 00200000 to 00400000 sw 4.18 from a friends phone

the language is back to English but the phone does not accept any simcards and also the imei number from my friends phone has been transfered to mine.

when i used nok tool to read the phone all the locks are closed.

can anyone assist me in opening all the locks and and returning my original imei number?

did you save or read your own phone data before you flash the phone with your friends data , if yes just flash it baack with your original data .
if you did not save your phone data then no one can help you.
also you cannot simply flash nokia phone without knowing the soft version and ppm language !!!!!!!!!!! eeprom data starts from 003d0000 to 00400000.
flash data is from 00200000 to 003d0000. as for phone with WAP functions it is
totally different locations. what is wrong now with your phone is that the data in the flash i.c does not match your COBBRA

If the phone is fullflashed with some other phones backup, it does´nt work and all locks are closed because of wrong imei in wrong phone.
My phones backup went wrong and I managed to fullflash it with another same version fullflash file from internet ( 3310 4.18 ), before I checked the backup.
Now I have own phone with someones imei, and it dont work.
I´ve tried to ask anyone if there is a way to change imei, it seems to be impossible.
If fullflashed phones dont work, why to fullflash, could anyone tell me that.

Can anyone put my imei in some other phones file ?

Because I´m trying to be a DIY person, I should not like to take my phone to
official (expensive) service.
