Nokia 3330 SIM Card not acccepted

Does anyone know procedure to unlock a Nokia 3330 SIM card not accepted.

I brought the phone from Hungary & paid full price took it back to Australia comes up with SIM card not accepted.

The repairer could not fix the problem and the network in Hungary wants to charge USD Equivalent $150.00 to give me the code.

Your phone is locked. You have to ways - eigther pay an operator an unblocking fee, or contact with mobile huckers to unlock your phone. Keep in mind that second opcion is illegal
