Mp4 the other direction?

Okay, we know there are players on the PC which are able to play the MP4 (respectively 3gp) files. But what if I want to convert a short trailer or something for the phone?
Has anyone figured out which Application creates a playable file for the 7650 AND the 3650 ?

I figured out that QT6 can create files which are playable on the 7650 IF copied manually to the hantro video path (can´t be played directly from the message inbox :( )

Sadly those failed on the 3650 (at least I got told so... actually I don´t have a 3650 to test)

and besides that I hate copying them manually from the inbox :(

p.s. don´t tell me about .rm I know those work... I want mp4 ;-)

Which options do you use to create in QT6 ?

Do you need any certain codecs etc or is it a format thats built in that you're using ?

This is a question I've had too and moving files to the right place is fine for me.

Any help would be great !

create (using the export feature) an ISMA Profile 1 compatible file without streaming information in 128x96

that worked for me on hantro2

though higher resolutions should work too (i.e. qcif 176x144)
