I have bought a second hand phone for very cheap, but when try to use it says phone blacklisted. Any ideas?

Your mobile phone has been blocked by the Service provider it was originally on.
What has most probably happened is that the phone is stolen and the original owner has contacted his service provider to cancel the contract and the phone so that no one else can use it.
I don't know how you can get round this! You might be able to do a full flash of the phone. That might work!

I doing the same thing for one of mine before i flog it (insurance gave me a new phone not the cash, bastards!)
