GODDAMN N7650!!!

My N7650 got broke today. After rebooting it only says "Telephone System Error" or something like this.
It blinks twice and turns off!
Tomorow i'll take it to my NokiaShop to flash it.

But...
The Number of one of the sweetest Girls I ever met is in that FUCKING Phone!!!!!!! :x :x :x

And I dont now Anything else from her, she gave me only her Number!

If they do a Software Update to fix it, will the PhoneMem be erased???

Has someone an Idea what I could do???

Hi,
in most cases all user dates are stay at firmware updating. But this is not shure.

The savest way is, to pay a few $ (if the girl is sooo nice) and the NSC will make a backup before flashing.

my f/w upgrade was done not by NSC but a local shop... he used an orig Nokia cable... after the upgrade... all datas were still intact!:)

not really, cause the data wont stay on the phone..
they have to copy it, then flash the phone, then put the copied data back on..
hopefully they can still access your data..


in most nsc they wont save the data cause it is kind of privacy problem, cause you wont know what they did with the information they got from your phone, so most nsc wont save the data..

try to find one that does and hopefully the can save your numbers...

Thanx for your suggestions, Buddys.
I was there, was very upset (;)) and they flashed my Phone to v4.39, changed my Akku against a new One, pulled a few screws harder, so that a cleft on the side was closed and they blew away the dust under my display.

BUT:
They said, that they were not able to make a BackUp. :x

AND:
After all: the Phone doesn't BOOT!!! :x:x:x

Now i have loaned a 3210 and have to wait up to four (!) weeks.
And i've seen the 3650 for the first time in a Shop; Damn its ugly!
