Nokia terminates business relations with BlueTel
Nokia terminated its business relations with the Handy Filialisten BlueTel Group. Principal reason for this is the unexpectedly bad business development in the service net for mobile telephones in some European countries, is called it in a report of the Finnish Handy manufacturer. This decision applies to the BlueTel Denmark as well as Germany, Italy, Litauen and Switzerland.
For Nokia customers in these countries quitting co-operation can have very negative consequences, since BlueTel operates numerous Nokia Concept net curtains and club Nokia Servicepoints. The manufacturer grants that it can come to bottlenecks for instance with the repair of defective mobile telephones. For clarifying the situation Nokia recommends all customer, who gave its mobile telephone to the repair to a club Nokia Servicepoint led by BlueTel to turn directly to the Nokia Hotline 0 18 05/23 42 42 (0.12 euro/minute).
