Hard reset

Hello !
I have a Nokia 7650 v4.39 and i can't make a hard reset !! i test it with +#7370# but it only resets the phone settings and don't format the ram, i also tried system tools with their format option, but don't work too....
please help, what can i do to hard reset my phone ??

try taskmanager, then use the format option (only works with registered version so get the keygen!)

Try to repeat 2 or 3 time the format *#7370#
