need help with motorola t191e keeps saying unregistered sim when unlocked will read sim card but am not able to phone out. After a short while will say unregistered sim card again any ideas

i think its your sim card it happens when u dont top up in a while i might be wrong try a different sim in it if it works u now its your sim
