some of the fon when i check with nokia tool.
mcc+mnc locked
gid 1 locked
gid 2 locked
msin locked
can those lock b unlock?
how to unlock? do they need to flash?

What phone have you got and what software version is it. It will be possible to unlock. Did you close the locks using nokia tool?

The only way to unlock it if nokia tool doesn't work is to flash it.

I Use Nokia Tools For Unlock But The Massege Is Close All 4 Loks
Firstly I Have To Face A Signal Problem Then I Use It And I Lock All Loks Myself
But I Can Not Open It

You should not use the nokia tool for unlocking your 3310 phone,it is use only for old nokia phones.Use the flasher cable not the data cable.On your case you didn't have the backup of your phone.You have to look for a full flash file.
