Does anybody wondered how could to change the phone's SKIN (menu graphics, letter style, indicator graphics)?

For exampl. a 3210's eeprom contains the op-logo and pic. message bitmask in plain, clear format. The start-up logo is stored in coded format. I dont know the code algorithm, it is a kind of code that not change the measure of logo file and also an invert logo has got an invert coded storage file in the eeprom.

I think the menu grafics, etc. also stored in the eeprom with the same coded format as start up logo. And, it is remarkabel, there are no cheksumes for logo section (if there are, you cant change the logos! I think). So if you know the code algorithm you know the SKIN storage mechanism, so it is changable!

Logomaneger progs know the eeprom storage code of start up logo....
Does anybody know somthing else for this topic?
