It consists of Symbian v2 Developer edition which you can get here if you want:

I don't know how much only this developer kit costs but FREE sure beats 1400 $ :}.

Here are the three files:

I found a possibility to reinstall the Trail-Version after 15 Days and get a new trailperiod.
All you have to do is:

* uninstall to CodeWarrior
* if still exists, delete the lizens.dat in the CodeWarior-Directory
* delete the WINPROD.DLL in you Windows-Directory (open the file in the notepad, and you know why )
* install the CodeWarrior again to get a new trialperiod...
