Java Games!!

Hi,

I have a Nokia 7210 with an Infras-red connection to my pc, I have Oxygen Phone Manager on my pc and would like to be able to download java games. In particular i would like Spruce Invaders. How do i download these games to my phone? What do i need ? And anyone know where i can find this game available?.
