9210 contact service & eeprom

I have a 9210 its doesnt power ON and i use griffin box to flash it and now its show CONTACT SERVICE and i try to use jordik 3.21 to update faid and i saw that the phone have this IMei ?????????????4 and i try to use the jordik to write a imei and its work but still contact service and i use eeprom tool 3.1 and TEST it it say eerprom tune fail

so is there any flasher we can use and write full file to the phone and then update faid ?
