c45 dead

HI!
I tried to unlock my c45 with BA20 Flash Chip, but i only managed it for 2 minutes. After it turns off - Wrong Software. /I can repeat this 2 minute unlock several times/
I made a log with logger0403 made a map from it /with ksie_5.1 and with c45_MapCreator/, then write it with new Id and ksie.
/i tried to make a map with All Siemans but as i open the log my win98 freezez/
Later i flashed it with all34 (2 Mb flash), but after that it didn't work. It didn't even turn on, just a short beep.
Unfortunatelly i don't have the original flash (i saved it with unisiemens 4.0 and it f*cked the flash). So i need a full flash for my c45 and a prog to write it on my phone.
I think i need a flash that is 4 Mb not 2.
What is in the flash after 0x400000 ?
When shall i write the flash from 0x0C0000 ?
I have ksie_5.1 tool but the requested *.fls or *.ksi flash is missing.

I know I seem to be too lame, but believe non of the map generators work with my handy. Although I wrote in the eeprom the generated map it works only for 2 minutes. For two minutes I can normally use it with any SIM but after two minutes it keeps shutting down prompting Wrong Software on power on.
Shall I alter my IMEI#?
