s45 displays 'phone disabled'

Can someone plaese help get rid of the phone disabled error on a siemens S45 phone.
Aparently the phone seems to be locked to a specific simcard (not network) and thus displays the message whenever another sim is inserted(even from the same operator).
I used Ksie 5.1 to unlock it as i would have with the net-lock and, noting happened.
Please help post a solution here.

use smetools....

or make log with ksie 5.1 and unlock it by mapping with the same program

just select s45 in sme45tools

press read phone

and after this press unlock

use win 98
