Full flashed my 3310 4.19 with original back-up after went dead - still no go, wont turn on.. Anyone shed some light on this???

Did you check the backup first, ie was it proper machine code, or was it just ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ if viewed in notepad. If it was not proper backup, it will depend on the size (to what addess) you flashed.

This is my back-up. I flashed it from addresses 2000000-4000000, this was correct from the info I got...
The size of the file is 2,048kb

Well, sorry to give you bad news, but it is like I thought, your backup has nothing in it, it is just ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ from begining to end, Unfortunatley you should have checked the backup, BEFORE flashing it to your phone. There is "phone specific" information which is stored from 03D0000 - 0400000, which has now been destroyed. The only hope is to find someone with Dejan MCU/PPM uploader box, they may be able to restore it if you still have the original IMEI number. I dont know of anyone with this box in the UK, so your best bet will be a willing nokia service center, I believe they MAY be able do this with a TDF4 Nokia Box.

Just get another working phone working with softwareversion 4.19, and do a full flash. Afterwards it should go on and working except for the fact that it will not find a network because the imei is not the same as the original one. See the label on the bottom for your original one and free it with nfree. (nfree.gsmsearch.com)

I done a Full Flash from a file I downloade of the internet, but stll no go - still will not turn on..

Nfree does NOT change IMEI succsessfully, the phone will switch on if you do a proper flash with a good full backup, however will never find network until you put it on TDF4 box. (or Dejan 1.04 MCU/PPM)
I have made my suggestions, I say no more..
