How to change T191 power-up logo ?

i got rid of the providers logo with dmtool

Superman, you are right...I got cables and already unlock (unlockMagician)....but I don't know how to use DMtool...I can not get connection....Can you help ? Please

Superman, I followed instruction but i have a error message " Can't find any device...." . I think that doesn't support for my phone: S:9.85 H: 1.1 ... I am not sure but I can unlock with another program but I can not get connection for DMtool program... What do you think ? .... That is Orange carrier.....

This may be sucking eggs but have you checked the com port configuration.

Also, have you got any other software running which is already using that com-port?

it works very well, maybe your cable bad, reverse rx with tx

to Superman, I used that cable to unlock my phone (that works fine) but I used different program.

I did a T191 today with dmtools but remember u must put it in test mode 1st, see the link above. and leave the test mode program on in the background, whilst using dmtools.

I checked that link . It didn't mention about test mode....how can i get in test mode....I am sorry . This is my first T191

above link is good for download and repair, below file is a better procedure to unlock only and get rid of company logo I like and I prever to use dmtools 3.12.6(MC) it is too big to upload but u can find it all over the net, sorry I forgot the link.
