any one knows with what software can i flash my 7210 to the newest version??

Don't know where you are, but if in UK, Carphone Warehouse will do it for free - under Nokia warranty - even if you didn't get it there.
In London, take it to their office at 272 Oxford Street. Takes about 4 hours.

the latest version for singapore is 4.28

it's supposed to fix the dimming effect of the screen-saver.

4.28 would be nice to have, if it does that. Carphone Warehouse is still (as of yesterday) upgrading only to 4.18.

Do you mean that the screensaver is no longer dim while it is active, or is the screen permanently dimmed?
