HELP ME!!!! (HELP ME) x2.....(HELP ME)xN

HI....
NOw i know people are gonna plood me with hate mails coz i've asked this question so many times, but till date no-one has answered it properly....

I have a BELKIN BLUETOOTH USB ADAPTER (it's not just PC to PC it's meant for PC TO PDA, MOBILE ETC....)

I've installed the belkin bluetooth device drivers from the CD that came with the product.. I've also installed Nokia PC Suit for N7650... And bluetooth is workiinbg perfectly fine on my cellphone and i doubt that there is any fault with the BELKIN USB bluetooth adapter..
NOw i restart my PC, plug the bluetooth adapter into the USB port and the power light on the adapter lights up... Now i'm using win98SE and when i get into windows i do a search for a bluetooth device using the software supplied with the adapter... The PC fails to find my cell (yes the bluetooth is on in my cell aswell) and my cell also can't find my computer as a device....
I've read so many threads and all of them seem to be talking about some MSI thingy..? What is that..?
Apart form the software that i have on my PC do i need to download any extra software from the web or something for bluetooth connectivity.....? Please someone help me, and answer the questions in an elaborated form....

dis is juz a suggestion. it may or may not work.

try download d latest sw from MSI site (1.2.2.15)

and updated Widcomm Stack from:

http://www.pocketbuddy.com/files/Bluetooth/BTUSB.zip

I would first try the bluetooth device on a friends machine (if they'll let you). I think you would be much better off with Windows 2000 too. Sorry I can't be of more help, mate.

Check the connections. On my Infrared link you have to set how the device is found. If it is set for anything other then bluetooth then it will not work. Check your Nokia Connection Manager and Mrouter in yyour task bar.
