Is it possible to make a routine that could transform one character to another in the phone via some menu:
i.e. t to russian т
ts to russian ц
etc.

why i ask it, thats cause i cannot make that my phone (3210) inputs russian letters to messages. If i change strings for buttons (to input russian characters) my phone shows '?' instead of those symbols.

Or could somebody help about correcting those '?'s.

Thanx

You may try to correct LPCS chunk

I've just realized that.

I've just corrected LPCS chunk - i changed it to one from 3310 v.5.55 E pack,

Ok, now i can type in russian letters. But there's still another thing: when i send the message to myself, it shows only the letters of GSM alphabet E T M and not other russian letters.
I changed also GSMC chunk - no matter.

I think thereis must be some flag that shows text type in SMS, but in 3210 it can be only GSM alphabet :(

I've noticed that i can't save russian text in the phonebook, in messages, but i can name my ringtones, composed on the phone in russian letters.
