Ringtones and radar detectors

I bought a CD with lots of codes and ringtones on it, is it possible to download the ringtones direct to my phone in some way using a data cable - I have a 3330

On this cd it claims that the phone can detect radar traps by going inyo the security settings and selecting 00000 in the closed user group setting, is this a wind up or does it work?

ringtones can be uploaded to your phone with logo manager
you probably wont have any decent ones unless you edit the originals though
uploaded ones are never long enough to sound good
and the radar thing is a load of BS
if u paid money for it, u've been had
