Dct4 Dongle

Hi Peeps,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. What it is i have purchased a DCT4 dongle and when i open the software it gives me the message dongle not found. I have checked the dongle and it is connected perfectly in the printer port.

My operating system is windows xp.
