MCU SW Changes & Improvements from v 4.18 to 4.28
Changes and improvements:
Call and network management
• Changes to MS behaviour when there is very long DL TBF delay in Network (25 seconds).
• Some operators have required that HPLMN name is not permanently fixed for PNN number 1, in feature
called Enhanced Operator Name String. 3GPP specifications say that HPLMN name is always in PNN
number 1. Solution for that request is that PNN record number 1 is used as HPLMN name only if there is no
other suitable match in OPL rules that are defined by operator.
