Penny, post your IMEI on the "Unlock" forum and someone hopefully will post the unlock code for you. Just becareful that you don't go beyond 5 tries otherwise, you will need to use a cable/dongle to unlock the phone.

As for the software, there is a DCT4 calculator, but its use requires a dongle to be plugged into the phone. It will calculate all 7 level of the unlock codes....depending on your network. Try using Level 7 code first.
