YES AND NOT...

If you have a old sim card ( under 2002) you can clone your sim card but if you have a new sim card (2002-2003) you can' clone it because it is encripted with a new algorithm: comp128-2;)

i've been tryin to get someone to clone my simcard, its 18 months old

for cloning your sim you need
Pheonix programeur
silver card
sim_scan or cardinnal Ki extractor
and sim-Emu :simemu (http://www.simemu.com)
