Help needed for flash ppm + mcu for 8290 for dejan flasher

Please can anyone help me the right programm for flashing Nokia 8290 ( NSB - 7) and PPM + MCU file..???

I have already DEJAN k. Flasher 1.05 but then i need ppm + mcu for the same..

The phone was downgraded by some unauthorised repairer to NSB-6 version and now it doesnt start even...

DEJAN flasher recognizes the phone and can upload flash..but i need then ppm + mcu for that...

PLEASE HELP ME.....:confused:

Thank you so much for the advice, But can you please let me know. how to work with wintesla...because i have not experiance with the same..and other thing is that my phone doesnt start even...then wintesla will work without phone start ?

let me also tell which version of wintesla will work ? i have 705 version ..is it suitable...?
