Azalis 238 "Call Customer Service"

Hi guys,

I have this phillips Azalis 238 displaying the following message "Call Customer Service".
Does anybody have an idea what this means ??

De cellshop says that the simlock is already removed, but i don't really believ them.

Who can help me.

Any one has tested this software ? While trying to unzip the downloaded file from the link here, i get the message that this is not a valid Win32 application. What can be the problem ?
