I'm sorry to say that there is no such thing as a 7110e flash file

The e is part of ornage being stupid it appears on most of the models they offer for example 3310e 3330e etc

I can confirm that I upgraded a 7110e version 4.80 to 5.01 with no trouble at all using wintesla flashes downloaded from the internet. I got mine from here (http://www.thony.xtr.at/dd69/menu.html)

I used Rolis flasher to flash the phone and Nokia Tool by Rolis to update faid, SFR and clear SP locks if you like I can send you the backup of the phone.

i sure do need help on this lame as you think it is but i thinks its about time to fix this u mean there no extra hardware on the E part of the 7110e.

i surely need your full flashfile if you got the time and im not interupting something can u please send it to my e-mail

[email protected]

btw:

flashing stops at address 53xxxx something this is why i think 7110e has extra hardware is this normal.

Thanks God Bless!

7110E is the 7110 on Orange, the only diffrents is in the fact that orange have there own start-up logo and a few things that are only for Orange phones (like line 2), it has the PPM pack of O.
All the diffrents are in the eepron area of the phone anyway so just flashing MCU+PPM will make no diffrents in the phone, as for flash address a full flash with eeprom will finish at 005FFFFF and just MCU+PPM will finish at 00590000, now if you have a old version 7110 you have to upgrade a version at a time as if you try and upgrade say from a 4.67 the phone goes stright in C/S and then you haev to full flash the phone to get working again.
