hi was wondering,

If I have my nokia mobile phone still under warranty can I just take it to any nokia care centre and ask for a firmware flash upgrade? or do I need a reason why I need to upgrade the firmware?

It should be not a problem. I just falsh my 6510 from v4.12 to v4.21 on Jan. 2003 at some nokia service centre. & it's foc cause my set still under warranty.:rolleyes:
