8250 contact service

Hi..
My 8250 fell down and got Contact service..i flashed it with Neelix Box but still the same the IMEI shows 65656565656565656..is there any way i can repair it..?

Just reflash it with virgin eeprom at 3D0000 and repair the imei with eeprom tools 3.1 or rolis 1.7b......i allway use rolis.......

When I try to use rolis 1.7b, I get "could not initialise local mode" when I try to read phone!

i think that you are using autoswitching cables !
if you want to use rolis tool use an Mbus cable modified by Abe
or try with eeprom tools by b-ph (work with autsw cables)
