How do i install .sis files to a nokia phone?

Hi there...

Hmm...wat models are u using?
To install .sis file u'll need to do it with PC suite.Once ur phone is connected to ur PC,juz click on the .sis file and it would start installing automatically.

is it compatible with 7250?

Nokia 7250 is not a symbian phone.It's Java supported only...so the file that u'll need to install to ur 7250 is .jad and .jar file.
.sis file is for 9210,7650,and 3650.
