Phone locking up on games section, how 2 update faid

My 5210 locks up when a game is selected and I've been told to kill faid and update. I only have a serial datacable, what software should I use and whats the order of use because I've not done this before. Please leave a quick tutorial.

at first you will need a mbus cable
use the attached program to kill the faid from your flash file and kill mcu checks too the flash it to your fone,connect the mbus cable to your fone then use eeprom tools and press the mag. glass button it wll automatically update your faid..
