WHEN I PUT MY SIM IN MY NOKIA 8310 I GET THE MESSAGE..

"PHONE RESTRICTED" WHAT DOES THIS MEAN????

NO, your phone will not work in your country until you change it's IMEI (it's maybe illegal in your country) or will pay a lot of money to operator to unblock your phone IMEI. Also you can try to exchage your phone with someone in other country (where it's not blocked).

i use T-Mobile (uk) simcard, with it and it doesnt work. I also try o2 (uk) simcard, which also doesnt work.

To unlock Nokia DCT4 phone (all new phones) you need only to know it's model, IMEI and operator that is phone blocked on. With this info I can generate mastercodes using dongle protected software, you enter one of this mastercodes and your phone is unlocked :)

HELLO AGAIN!!
I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM!!
I WAS ABLE TO USE MY FONE PROPERLY, MAKE CALLS, SEND TEXT, ETC. NOW HOWEVER I CANNOT DO THIS FROM THE FONE, WHEN I PUT MY SIM IN ANOTHER FONE IT WORKS. BUT I CANNOT MAKE OR RECIEVE CALLS ON THIS 8310..

i'm sorry to say, but it does now sound like it's been barred :( , have you tried any other sim cards from other networks? as you normaly get message "sim card registration failed" if it is barred!

yes i tried another sim, it worked for 2 days then i got that msg.
