You need to setup a connection to the phone via IR or Bluetooth and use PC suite. It's the way I do it.

first check the setting whether u have ur incoming mail in MMC or phone memory. make sure they are in MMC, then start sending ur files via BT or IR.
buchikin how do it up for incoming mail to go straight to my mmc??? please exlain

@wenmi:
depends on the bitrate of the file, if its in good quality (around 128 ) it will surely be around 4mb which is not possible to send to the phone memory and use select to move it. but less bitrate means less memory so it might be possible.

You can get away with a bitrate of 24kbps and MONO sound on the speaker of the 3650 because the speaker on the phone doesnt have a good frequency range than say, PC Speakers. this brings filessize down to at least 1mb, which is better (most of my mp3s are 600kb to 1mb).
But if you got handsfree set (like the one that came with the 8310 for FM radio) you will notice a difference - but if your playing on speaker, the difference is negligible.
ok guys ive got the mp3 saved in my inbox, but the problem is when i double click the mp3 msg it comes up with this error msg,
"messaging: feature not supported"
but i have both mp3go and multi media player installed!
so wot am i doing wrong?
please help me someone i wanna get the mp3's to work sooo bad!!!!

im not sure about this, but arent messages stored in C:\system\mail\ ? (there are also a number of other directories in this folder)
if you get a file manager on your phone, you can goto that directory, search for the mp3 under all the oddly named folders. You should come to it. Now just copy over to MMC or whatever directory you want (like i have E:\mp3\ so i would copy mp3s to here) and then i would use mp3go to goto E:\mp3\ and add my mp3.
To be honest, its sooo much easier using PC suite - but i suppose u have to get it working first :rolleyes:
damn i cant find the file :S this is confusing i just wanna get to work mp3's on my phone but its more complicated than i thought

Well...jits, what I meant is that you can get away with lower quality. You don't NEED to use a lower bitrate...Besides, i wouldnt use 8kbps =] I'd have used 24kbps.
But you can use any bitrate you like. 128kbps, 256kbps, doesnt matter - stero or mono (altho im not sure whether the phone is capable of stereo).
The only reason why I used 24kbps as opposed to 128kbps is that I wanted to fit as many mp3s as I could on the MMC. I only had 6-7mb free and to fit a decent amount of mp3s on i just scaled down the bitrate to 24kbps and mono sound.
So you can use any bitrate you want really, its just that I feel that 24kbps sounds just as good as a 128kbps mp3 (on the speaker) in my opinion. But audiophiles may know the difference ;)
For the question of whether it should be stereo or mono? Well...I havent really tried it. I only put it on mono because there is only one speaker to go through. Try it.

I am new to this thing. Is there anyway to transfer data to or from my nokia 3650 without paying the server such as using the ir port?
How do i unblock the 3650 to take other sims?
Finally which is better the 7210 or 3650?
Please give me some advice.
Oh yeah does the 3650 support fm radio and can it take video clips larger than 30 seconds if i buy a bigger memory card?

@bisdak:
try using MusicMatch Jukebox
@knoteasy25:
-- u can use either BT or IR
-- unblocking is a little harder thing to do. u need special tools.
-- 3650 definitely
-- no it doesnt have an FM radio, yes it can take larger than 30 secs. if u read other posts u will find out some 3650 users watch full length movies on their fons.
