Unlock T28s Help

Hi, I am new to this (and my hubby isn't very technical). Can someone please explain (in detail) how to unlock my T28s. I am on the UK Vodaphone network and wish to use it on UK Orange. Links to any software I may need will also be useful. I have a serial data link if this is needed.
