Flashing Problems

Hey all, i have built two flash cable as per the dejan flasher.gif circuit diagram. both of which i cannot get working. have tried two computers, external power source, two phones, and software like rolis and knok. with no luck. always says cannot prepare the phone. the phones are a 3310 and a 5510. Please help.

Then maybe U have faulty IC,or some wrong pins on LPT-port?Check from attachment,this one works 100%.

Thanks but thats the diagram i used twice with two different 74hc14 IC's :( hmm might head down bjuy sum more parts today. and try again. maybe even buy a diy pcb kit to make a pcb instead ow just wires every where :) hehehe

Can you give me a better estimate of the cost of building a dejan box, coz i'm willing to buy a dejan box and it only cost me $20 here in the Philippines...
If it would cost me less than that amount I'll make one!
Here I can buy a complete set of DCT-3 & DCT-4 Mbus & Flasher cables for just $150 brandnew w/ softwares to boot!!!

Thanks milango ill give that a shot this week when i get a chance to go down to the shop for parts. It cost me $10 AU to build the flasher cable as per dejan's diagram emul8d.

The flasher circuit is for educational purpose only or for reference in case your flasher malfunction.

In Pilipinas, the chip only cost Php20. You can buy it in Alexan. A complete set of dejan box(DCT3) worth Php750 in Quiapo. But the NKBox doesnt work in 3210.

So, for the Philippines Team dont buy DejanBox. Because the NKbox doesnt work in 3210.

But if you want to take a risk. Buy it and modify the circuit of NKBox buy looking at my circuit.

Hi

I want to make a data cable .
There is 4 points on circuit board for cable connection !!
Please show the pin : Vpp , Mbus,Fbusrx, Fbustx, Gnd,btemp on
nokia 3310

Also what about the battery while the cable connect to phone?
