HELP 8210 is DEAD - Well almost

I have been messing around with the software on the phone, and am trying to return it to origional state, so have flashed on v5.28 orig. software. It displays contact service - so I flashed 8210 virgin EEProm to 003D0000 nothing changes :sad:

The only eeprom tool I can get to work is B-Phreaks, noktool gives me some message (cound not initialise local.....) or something like that.

Please help........

did you update FAID and unlock it after flashing ?

hey flash your phone from 200000 to 3D0000 with full flash and a working prom from other 8210 from 3d0000!
then use eeprom tools from b-ph to change imei and update faid

Any ideas where I might get a good prom???

Also when changing emei with eeprom tools, it could just be me, but my emei number is one digit more than the software allows!! I'm using v 3.1.

dont put the last imei digit , it is automatically calculated
