Unknown country/provider code

Hi there. I wonder if anyone could help a new user. I have a 6310i that has been locked but I don't know which provider it was locked to. I'm in New Zealand and the phone has come from overseas. Is there anyway to determine what provider it is locked to? It has the original IMEI code, runs v5.10 and has not been barred. Any help would be appreciated as I really need to get this phone going! :)

Thanks for your reply Al. I think your question is the same as mine! I don't know what network provider SIM locked the phone, that's what I'm trying to figure out. Is there a way of revealing this? I don't know where the phone came from but it was made in Germany so my first guess is the UK.
