remote control problems

is it true that the remote control software for the phone can damage the phone?? ive read a link on here about people have had to have there phone sent to nokia service centre to have it flashed because of the remote control software

currently i still didn't face any problem yet...

i had use the ir-remote from version 0.22 till now 0.91

no problem yet...great fun i have playing pranks on others tv set...hahahha:D

Ir-remote is causing some problems too, that is: if you're using
the cracked 0.93b version. There's a thread about in the
