Hi again guys!
Am still having troubles surfing the net on my 9210.
Lonegunman was kind enougth to offer some advice in my last post which i have tried to no avail.
Im connecting via "Vodafone" And reset network as Vodafone advised.
Connection name.... Vodafone
Phone no.... +447836900808
Password prompt....no
[email protected]
Password...Vodafone
Confirm password...Vodafone
Advance settings
Use proxy server...no
Connection type....normal
remote modem type....v.110ISDN
max connection speed...9600
Use callback....no

These are what vodafone sugested.
WAP works no problem...But when i enter a WWW address i get the message (top right) Logging into network....connected...
But no page loads(remains on bookmarks)
Then after about 3mins i get the message" Connection timed out"

Sorry for the long message guys but am desperate for your help( Failure would result in buying a P800!)
I will change to any internet supplier..or is my modem dead?
Thanks for any suggestions Terry

Thanks for your time guys.
I used my old 9210 on these settings all ok.This is another unit i now use due to the fact i "washed" my old one (yes i know!!!)
This is why im questioning the internal modem,,,but would this not affect the WAP connection?
As i say i get the initializing then the connected box up but no pages load,,,the connection just times out.
cheers again tel:rolleyes:
